Smoothie Kick
I’m on a smoothie kick. I hate blenders, so I use the mini Cuisinart Chop/Grind (usually on sale for $20 at Macy’s) and it makes exactly one pint of Smoothie. I put a banana, 2/3 cup of Honey Greek yogurt, half cup of OJ and a cup of frozen raspberries or strawberries (hopefully later in the summer I’ll get to use fresh strawberries and raspberries from the garden).

Yum. My husband, myself, and our two little boys have a smoothie for breakfast every morning. We pack it full of nutrients with kale, carrots, cucumbers, celery, cinnamon, berries, coconut milk, and more.
